1. How long does delivery take ?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 – 5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
2. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the 1 - 2 business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
3. How much is the shipping fee?
We provide Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be announced when available.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also log in to your Chipdesk account to track your order status.
6. What is your return policy?
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free of charge, and no restocking fees apply. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please see our Return & Refund Policy page for details.
7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items that are damaged due to misuse, not in original condition, or missing tags/packaging may not be eligible for return. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
